EMERGENCY PIPELINE RESPONSE
CO-OPERATIVE
MANDATE:
A response system of mutual aid among the members for initial response to an unknown or known member’s pipeline emergency, until the member company is in a position with its own resources to control the emergency.
CALL-OUT PROCEDURE:
If you need to notify pipeline member companies of Area 6, that there is a pipeline emergency that requires their assistance, a Call-Out procedure is in place for Emergency Services to activate with only one call. This procedure will activate all member company’s internal procedures for response to a suspected pipeline leak.
